Paradise Olympus

Paradise Alpacas was founded by Edna Kidby in 2003, when she chose to purchase quality rather than quantity. Her goal was to support the alpaca industry by supplying future stud stock. Her vision was to breed alpacas that would retain their fineness and quality of fleece as they aged.

Pam (Edna’s daughter) and Len have managed the Paradise herd since its inception, and we inherited the growing herd in 2005.

Our focus remains firmly fixed on the future of the Australian Alpaca industry. As a result, we continue to make every effort to select bloodlines that will produce stud quality alpacas whose fleeces will retain their softness, fineness, length, density and character into their old age, regardless of their colour.

You will find us tucked away in a quiet, picturesque part of Gidgegannup, 7km from the village:
• Exit Toodyay Road onto Preedy Road
• turn left at the T-junction into Old Coach Road
• follow the road which bends right into Tilden Drive
• turn left into Higgins Road; and our driveway is the first on your right

Farm visits are always welcomed...but please call first to arrange a time.
